How to Use the SENSAY
Health Bar Live Overlay

Step 1 - Go to the Arena

  1. Get to the Arena

    • Open the SENSAY App.

    • Tap the “Arena” icon in the bottom bar.​
       

  2. Pick Your Mode

    • Tap “Player vs Player.”

    • You’ll see:

      • “Host” — you start the match.

      • “Join” — you’re joining someone else’s match.
         

  3. Pick Your Mode

    • Tap Host if you’re starting.

    • The app will search for your heart rate monitor.

    • Tap your monitor’s name when it pops up.

Step 2 - Go Solo or PVP

Option 1: Solo Mode (Faster!)

  • On the same screen, tap “Solo Mode.”​

  • This is perfect if you’re training alone or just want to track yourself.

Option 2: PvP (Two-Player Mode)

  • The app says “Waiting for opponent to join.”

  • Wait for your partner to Join


If You’re Joining Someone Else (PvP only)

  • Tap “Join.”​

  • You’ll see a list of hosts.

  • Tap “Challenge” next to your partner’s name.

  • The app will search for your heart rate monitor — tap it to connect.

Step 3 - Health Bar Overlay

  1. Get Your Overlay Link!

    • Open the SENSAY App.

    • You’ll see: "Share" or "Exit Match"

    • Tap “Share” — this copies the overlay link to your clipboard.
       

  2. Add the Overlay in PRISM Live Studio (Recommended!)

    • Download PRISM Live Studio (free!)​

    • Open it and sign up or log in.

    • Swipe right to “Studio.”

    • Tap “Widget” in the top right corner. 

    • Then click Web form the options.

    • In the URL box, paste the link you got from SENSAY.

    • Title it SENSAY and Tap Save. 
       

  3. Adjust Your Overlay

    • In “My Studio,” tap your new layer.

    • You’ll see the camera with your health bar overlay on top!

    • Use your fingers to pinch, zoom, and adjust so it looks good.

Step 4 - Record or Stream

Record or Stream Your Training

  • In the bottom bar, swipe to “Video” and tap Record.

  • Set your phone up so you’re in the shot.

  • Start rolling!

  • When you’re done:

    • ​Tap the pause button to stop.

    • Tap the arrow in the bottom right.

    • Tap Save to download to your camera roll or Share to post.

For Instagram Streaming (Optional)

  • In PRISM, tap “Live.”

  • Choose Instagram.

  • On your laptop (only available this way):

    • Go to instagram.com > Create > Live Video.​

    • Copy the Stream Key and URL from there.

  • In PRISM, paste them in the correct fields.

  • Tap Go Live in PRISM.

  • Then click Go Live on Instagram’s site.

Save Your Session in SENSAY

When you're done, back in the SENSAY App:

  • Tap “Exit Match” to save your rolls and see your zone breakdown.

  • Even if you forget to “Exit Match,” it usually saves!

  • If not, send us your phone and app version, we’ll help debug it.
